St. Casimir

Parish in Krakow, WI

St. Casimir, of Krakow, Wisconsin, is a rural Catholic parish dedicated to building community and growing in faith. Click Here to jump to mass times.

Rooted in Catholic Faith

Polish-American Catholics celebrated the first Mass in Krakow on Nov. 7, 1892, and celebrated the solemn dedication of the church on Nov. 23, 1903. Through scripture and sacred tradition, St. Casimir perseveres in the practice of the Catholic faith. In recent years, St. Casimir is rediscovering its roots and identity as Polish-American Catholics served by the Franciscans. The parish empowers the laity to serve the Lord with joy. St. Casimir welcomes new members, especially families with young children looking for a community where they feel welcome and valued.

Hosting Fish Fries & a Church Picnic

Members of St. Casimir Parish enjoy gathering together to host two community events. Our delicious Lenten fish fries take place in February and March each year. We offer a three different dining options: dine-in, carry-out, or delivery. Kid’s meals are available as well. In July, we host our annual Polka Mass and church picnic, bringing people together from near and far for faith, food, and festivities.

Celebrating Our Polish Heritage

Polish general Casimir is the namesake of Pulaski, Wisconsin, and the community honors its Polish heritage with a weeklong historical celebration occurs every March. St. Casimir Church has the distinct privilege of hosting the kick-off Mass for Casimir Pulaski Week. A hearty Polish breakfast follows the Mass.

Sharing God’s Love as a Linked Parish

Linked with two other Catholic churches, St. Casimir maintains a close relationship with Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Parish in the Village of Pulaski and St. Stanislaus Parish in Hofa Park in the town of Maple Grove. This linkage creates three churches, yet one family of God. A Pastoral Team serves Assumption B.V.M, St. Casimir, and St. Stanislaus. St. Casimir maintains its independence for finances.
